• One child per registration. If you need to register another child, please sumbit a second order. • Choose camps based on age or grade completed as of June 14, 2010. • Each class is designed for the skill and social aspects of a particular age group. Please observe the age and grade categories. • Program capacities are subject to change. • A $5 fee will be charged for each change made to the original registration. • Children may be signed in 15 minutes before the start of the program and must be signed out no more than 15 minutes after the end of the program. Children are not to be left unattended. • A fee of $1 per minute is charged for late pick up after 12:15 p.m. or 4:15 p.m. Multiple-week discounts make it easier to attend all summer long, up to 20% off! Attention: All promotional and multiple-week discounts are applied to the final transaction once the credit card order is processed in-house by a MOSI Reservationist. Your receipt upon submission of your order on this website will not reflect discounts. Please note, after an order has been submitted and processed, no discounts can be applied. Also, discounts are subject to restrictions. If eligible for multiple discounts (ex: multiple week 15% and promotional sale 10%), only the greater of the two will be applied. No more than 20% off can be applied to any order with non-member or member pricing.The member prices listed in the catalog represent a 25% discount off the nonmember price. A $2.50 processing fee will be applied to the final transaction. |
