To become a member visit our Member section and register online. Please note that the membership discount has already been applied to the camp fees. The multiple week discounts will be applied at time of processing. Your final receipt is included in your informational packet. • Please register each child separately and complete the registration process for each child attending camp. • Choose classes and camps based on age or grade completed as of June 1, 2005. • You may download the Schedule-at-a-Glance forms to plan your summer and complete your registration form. • Confirmation of registration, including class tickets and additional information, should be received in approximately 2 weeks. • T-shirt given to camper each week. • Camp fees include all program fees and T-shirt. Payment • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Please verify account name, number, and expiration date. Cancellation & Refund Policy MOSI reserves the right to combine or cancel classes that have not met the minimum enrollment. Campers will be placed in an alternative class when possible. If MOSI cancels a class, payment will be fully refunded. Under special circumstances credits or refunds may be available. A 75% credit or refund will be granted for written requests made 14 or more days before the first day of the camp session. A 50% credit or refund will be granted for written requests made 13 or fewer days prior to the first day of the camp session. No refunds will be granted on or after the first day of the camp session. Other Camp Information • No registrations are taken over the phone • To ensure a quality experience, each class is designed for the skill and social aspects of a particular age group. Please observe the age and grade categories. • Program capacities are subject to change. • A $5 fee will be charged for each change made to the original registration. • Some half-day camps, day camps and travel camps include field trips outside the science center grounds. A parent or guardian must sign the permission clause on the registration form for a child to participate. Drop Off & Pick Up • Children participating in Summer Science Camps are not to be left unattended. • Students may be dropped off no more than 15 minutes before the start of a program. • Students may be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the end of a program. • A fee of $1 per minute is charged for late pick up after 12:15 p.m., or 4:15 p.m. • MOSI offers extended care in the morning from 7 - 9 a.m. and in the afternoon from 4 - 6 p.m. All registrations subject to camp availability.
